1. Sales Policy
- All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds once a purchase is made.
- We encourage customers to review all product details, sizing guides, and descriptions before completing the purchase and making the payment.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made.
2. Order Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and selecting the correct product sizes.
- In the event that an incorrect item is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team here within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and attach photo or video as proof of incorrect item being delivered.
- If the customer fail to provide proof of incorrect item being delivered within the 48 hours period, we will note the matter as no-further-action.
- We will only arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost once we verify the order discrepancy and receive the proof of incorrect item being delivered..
- We strongly encourage customers to double-check item descriptions, sizing guides, and order details before completing a purchase.
3. Order Cancellation
- All sales are final.
- We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.
- Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.
4. Order Processing
- Orders will be process and shipped within 7 working days after payment is made.
- This allows us to conduct thorough quality checks and ensure the highest quality standards before dispatch.
5. Order Shipping Timeframe
Shipping options and estimated delivery times:
- Express Delivery: 2 – 5 business days
- Standard Delivery: 1 – 2 weeks
- Free Shipping Promotions: 1 – 2 weeks
* Actual delivery times may vary based on location, customs, and courier.
6. Order Shipping Cost
- The shipping cost varies based on the customer’s delivery location and selected delivery method.
- The total shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on the items you ordered, your location and selected delivery method.
- During promotional periods, free shipping is available for orders over $200.
7. Order Tracking
- Tracking number is available for all shipping method provided by us.
- Tracking number will be provided via email once the order is shipped.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.
8. Unclaimed Orders Due to Missing Information
- Orders without a complete shipping address or without delivery payment will not be processed and will be place on hold.
- We will attempt to contact the customer to obtain the missing information or the payment for the delivery.
- If we do not receive a response within 30 days of order being made, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued minus applicable taxes and processing fees within the 30 days of order being canceled.
9. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Debit Card & Credit Card – Secured by Stripe
- Stripe Payments – Available for supported regions only
- Bank Transfer – Orders made via bank transfer will only be processed once payment has cleared into our account.
All transactions on our website are secured through WooCommerce and Stripe to protect your personal and financial information.
10. Payment Confirmation and Processing
- All orders will only be processed after the payment has been received and confirmed in our account.
- We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, and Stripe Payments via our secure checkout powered by WooCommerce and Stripe to ensure safety and reliability.
- The order with payments made via bank transfer will only be processed once payment is successfully received and verified in our account.
11. Exchange, Return & Refunds Policy
- All items purchased from our store are final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or preference.
- Customers are strongly advised to review product descriptions, size charts, and care instructions thoroughly before placing an order.
- If the customer receive an item that is damaged during shipping, the customer must report to Customer Care team here within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and attach photo or video as proof of item damaged during shipping.
- This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
- Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or other solution based on the situation.
- Refunds will only be issued for Unclaimed Orders Due to Missing Information.
- If customer fails to provide shipping address or pay for shipping within 30 days of purchase, the order will be considered cancelled and a refund will be issued minus applicable taxes and processing fees within the 30 days of order being canceled.
